It is the goal of Deckmans Valle de Guadalupe to share the experience of bringing the “table to the farm.” Wine, Vegetables, Herbs, Lamb, Olive Oil, and Eggs are estate grown or produced on the Mogor Ranch. Fish and Seafoods are always from the Baja Peninsula and beef is always local and responsible. Deckmans Valle de Guadalupe is 100 percent committed to the advancement of sustainability and renewable local farming, fishing and ranching.
The menu features items such as beef bone marrow with a kimchi salad, Codorniz ( Quail) topped with mole vinaigrette and of course helados de la casa ( home made ice cream )
